Matt has over 10 years experience in the Real Estate and Investment industry.  As a former Real Estate Economist & Consultant, he has traveled extensively across the United States analyzing and assessing the nation’s housing industry.  He has particular expertise in evaluating local and national economic conditions and pricing trends.

As a member of the San Diego Chapter of Urban Land Institute, Matt is also actively involved in the community in a variety of civic organizations. 
 
Matt earned his BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and then went on to earn his MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of San Diego's School of Business Management.  Prior to obtaining his undergraduate degree from USC, Matt served in the United States Army as a field medic.
 
In his spare time, Matt is involved in a myriad of activities including Swing Dancing, Polo, Surfing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, USC Football and spending time with his family.
